None of this can be picked up by the trash haulers, city recycle service or city bulk pickup!  This cost each homeowner in the community an additional $1 to pay for private pick up and hauling services (That's over $150 in additional cost).  This is one of the major reasons your homeowner assessment is going up.   Please follow the rules, and if you see someone putting out paint cans and other items, please talk to them.  There is a $500 fine from the city for dumping trash.  Please do your part to prevent this in our community.
