sign your name to the complaint presented to MTM Management Association. You can request that your name not be repeated

to establish Shady Grove Village Community Council Corporation. It describes the membership, voting rights, property rights,
party walls, special maintenance, use restrictions, easements and general restrictions of SGVCCC.

Document contains the Administrative resolutions dated October 26, 2009. This document includes general information,
a description of the structure of the HOA and a statement of the Board of Directors Authority. It also contains information
about parking, speed limits in the community, trash and recycling information, information about the architectural and curb
appeal of your home, exterior repairs of your residence, pets, snow services, common areas, violations and penalties, resident
